These Terms of Service govern your use of QuietGlow and any purchase you make through this store. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
1. Store and eligibility
QuietGlow operates this store using Shopify. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and the information you provide for an order must be accurate and complete.
2. Products
We work to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance can vary by device, and product details, availability, and pricing may change without notice. We may limit or discontinue products when necessary.
3. Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it after payment processing. We may cancel or decline an order because of inventory, pricing, fraud-prevention, shipping, or other reasonable concerns; if we cancel after payment, we will issue the applicable refund. You are responsible for applicable taxes and shipping charges shown or lawfully due.

We currently ship within the United States only. Processing and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Please review our Shipping Policy for current details.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or infringing activity; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or misuse store data; or violate another person’s rights.
7. Intellectual property
Store text, graphics, logos, photography, video, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to QuietGlow and may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
8. Third-party services and Shopify
The store may use or link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. Shopify provides the commerce platform, but purchases are made directly from QuietGlow; Shopify is not the seller of our products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided “as available.” We do not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuietGlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where QuietGlow is established, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
