Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email zarkkhan90@icloud.com with your order number and the reason for the request. If the return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send a return before receiving approval.

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery. Contact us promptly at zarkkhan90@icloud.com if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for gift cards or items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return. After the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement item.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We can cancel an order only before it enters fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it must follow the return process above.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact zarkkhan90@icloud.com.
